Our gift cards are 100% digital. As they are a virtual product, there are no physical shipping costs and they do not require courier transport.
- Immediate delivery: Once payment is completed, the gift card is automatically sent to the email address provided during purchase (or directly to the recipient if you choose the gift option).
- Confirmation: You will receive an email with the gift card code, instructions on how to redeem it, and your proof of purchase.

Returns and Refunds
1. Returning the Gift Card itself (Withdrawal)If you have purchased a digital gift card in our online store and change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request cancellation and a full refund of its amount, in compliance with the legal right of withdrawal.
- Essential requirement: The gift card must not have been redeemed or used (neither in full nor in part).
- How to request it: Write to us at hola@zapatoferoz.es indicating your order number. We will verify that the balance remains intact, void the code, and issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.
2. Returning products purchased with a Gift CardIf you have made a purchase using a gift card as a payment method and wish to return any of the items:
- Refund method: The amount corresponding to the returned items will not be refunded in cash or to a credit/debit card, but rather it will be reimbursed as a balance on the same gift card (or via a new virtual gift card for the exact value of the refund).
- Combined payments: If you paid part with a gift card and another part with a bank card, the refund will be processed by first crediting the corresponding amount to your bank card and the remainder will be returned as credit for a gift card.
Frequently Asked Questions Do gift cards have an expiration date?Our gift cards do not have an expiration date, but for security, they are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. If after 24 months you still have a balance, write to us to reactivate it and enjoy your remaining balance.
What happens if I lose the email with my gift card code?If you have lost the email with the code, contact our customer service team with your purchase details so that we can resend it or reissue a new secure code.
